Alzheimer's Australia Consumer Survey
Alzheimer's Australia are conducting a survey to find out how well they meet their consumers needs.
If you, or someone you know has used their programs or services in the past year, please encourage them to fill out the survey, which takes appromintely 15 minutes to complete.
You could inform the future direction of programs and services provided by Alzheimer’s Australia and go in the draw to win one of four prizes of $300 each.
The closing date for the survey is Friday 5th December.
