My Aged Care Gateway Survey
PICAC NSW & ACT recently announced the launch of the PICAC, My Aged Care CALD Accessibility Project funded by the Department of Health.
This two year project aims to address and identify access and equity issues for older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds from around Australia. The project will look at specifically targeting the barriers which CALD older people experience when accessing the My Aged Care Gateway and assist the Department of Health to develop strategies to assist both established and emerging CALD communities in navigating the aged care system.
A key part of the project is to survey people’s experiences in using the My Aged Care Gateway.
