Multicultural Exchange Hub for Ageing
The Multicultural Exchange Hub for Ageing provides information and resources regarding Commonwealth Government CHSP funded Multicultural Access Programs and CALD Sector Support and Development Programs.
The aim of the Hub is to facilitate opportunities for collaboration between aged care stakeholders to develop multicultural aged care strategies which are innovative, flexible and timely.
