The new Older Persons COVID-19 Support Line provides information, support and connection older Australians and their families, friends and carers. Callers can ask to be connected to TIS National interpreting services if they would like to speak with the support line in a language other than English. Multilingual COVID-19 screening questions
Bolton Clarke has developed audio recordings of COVID-19 screening questions in 25 languages.
The recordings are bi-lingual (in English and the other language) and can be downloaded for free from the Bolton Clarke website.
