Palliative Care conference 2014

The 9th Biennial Palliative Care Victoria’s Conference will be held on 31 July – 1 August 2014 with the theme Living, Dying and Grieving Well.


The premier networking and professional development event for palliative care in Victoria, the conference is a great opportunity to come together to learn, network and be inspired.

It brings together more than 300 professionals from the palliative sector and related healthcare fields.

This year, our keynote speakers are:

  • Professor Robert Arnold, Leo H. Criep Professor and Director of the Institute for Doctor-Patient Communication at the University of Pittsburgh
  • Professor Cecilia Chan, Head of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong

Julie McCrossin is back by popular demand as our dynamic conference facilitator.

With such a dynamic line up of speakers and variety of conference topics delegates can expect to walk away inspired and armed with an abundance of new ideas.
