Dementia + Community Care Conference
2013 will be the first year for the Dementia + Community Care Conference - a major forum for CEOs, Managers, Senior Clinicians, Health Care Professionals, Academics, Researchers & other interested professionals/staff working with people with dementia in Community Care settings.
It will take place on October 30 & 31 at the Caulfield Racecourse, Melbourne.
- The Conference will focus on both policy & practice issues and aims to deliver sessions which have genuine relevance to both organisations & staff.
- The Conference will feature a boutique Trade Display & presents an excellent opportunity for professional networking & information sharing.
