Inclusive Service Standards Portal

Inclusive Service Standards Portal

The Inclusive Service Standards provide a framework that supports organisations on their journey to becoming truly inclusive for all consumers.

The online portal is designed to support aged care providers to self-assess against the Inclusive Service Standards, and to identify any gaps or areas for improvement.

The platform offers tip sheets for each Performance Measure with suggested actions and strategies on how you can make your service more inclusive. It highlights where each Performance Measure ties back into the Aged Care Quality Standards. It also provides a range of diversity and inclusion practice guides, training videos and policy templates.
