Australian Aged Care Quality Agency
Delivering services in a culturally inclusive way enhances the quality of service provision to consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and embeds inclusive practices into organisational culture.
This one day workshop provides an opportunity for managers and leaders to deepen their knowledge and build their capacity around culturally inclusive service provision. Participants will explore ways to plan and implement strategies that reflect a culturally inclusive approach in order to enhance outcomes at an individual level and create lasting change at an organisational level.
The Quality Agency working together with Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing is please to present this workshop for both residential and home care aged services. If you work in a management capacity in your organisation and you want to improve outcomes for consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds this workshop is for you.
