Advance Care Planning: bilingual factsheets
A newly developed Advance Care Planning Australia (ACPA) website includes bilingual factsheets in 14 languages. All of these resources have been developed with community consultation and approval. The website will also be developing advance care planning learning programs to support culturally sensitive practice.
