Consumer Voice Film

 

The Centre is very pleased to present the “You can ask for what you need from aged care services” Consumer Voice Film.

The aim of this short film is to raise awareness to consumers from culturally diverse backgrounds about their right to give feedback to an aged care service. The video is available on YouTube in several languages, and you're welcome to embed it in your training programs.

The film was produced and directed by Red Hat Films with special guest, Arati Vidyasagar, Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion at Elder Rights Advocacy with funding by the Department of Health through the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) program.

This film has been translated into: English, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Croatian, Farsi, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Macedonian, Nepali, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Urdu & Vietnamese.
